I must say, I consider myself to be more of a classy pup. I love a good bubble bath and a glass of non-alcoholic white wine (aka water), and I even enjoy a facial from time to time. So when I heard of an all vegan food truck with Chickān and Waffles and Buffalo Fries, I was a little bit scared. I put on my big girl harness and went to check out Eat Love for myself and WOW was I impressed! Everything here is so delicious, like, seriously magical! Itās real hearty soul food that is filling and soo flavorful! A win win! They also have breakfast options, kids meals, and sweets!
š Yolandiās fav dish: The Chickān Kale Salad. Itās kale and spring mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, avocado, house-made fried chickān topped with house-made croutons and ranch dressing! The lettuce is always so fresh and so tasty underneath their AMAZING fried chickān! Canāt go wrong with this bad boy!
